This guide is for stretchy knitwear like T‑shirts, tops, and casual wear. For the best fit, measure your body as described below. The garment includes light stretch for comfort.

How to measure:
• Chest/Bust: Measure around the fullest part, keeping the tape horizontal.
• Shoulder: Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the other across the back.
• Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the hem.

Note: The "Fits Body Chest" column shows the range of body measurements this size is designed to fit. T‑shirts are made from stretchy knit fabric and include light ease for comfort.
